    Just started it - it says we will reach peak population at about 2050 and downhill from there until humans are extinct.

    Haven’t read enough to have an opinion yet.

    Interestingly, there are interwoven threads tying How to Change Your Mind and Joyful. Like the importance of enriched environments to uplift us. This has been known for some time among scientists who work with rats.
