I have been working hard on my fitness and health. I spent time with a friend recovering from surgery and brought food, but super duper healthy. Then I didnt stop for a snack on my way home. I even ran a few times,
So now my hips are down to 38 inches! I put my hands on my hips and felt bones with some padding, not just padding. I also feel strong. My waist is improving but I never had a very small waist. It just feels like I am getting my body back
