    Yes, so true.

    The hand of Justice does not always mete out the outcome me we think perps deserve, but as
    I said earlier I wont get all hot and bothered by this dropping of charges.

    There's also a phone app called Pocket which is handy for this. The primary purpose of it is to store articles for offline reading (like on a plane or in a subway or on my ipad that only has wifi, not cellular). But the app also seems to circumvent most paywalls somehow.
