    What is the process in your state? In mine, a restraining order can be granted ex parte, and then a hearing is scheduled 30 days out. At that time the respondent is present and can present testimony, cross, etc. Then the judge orders if the RO continues or not. How does it work in your state?

    JP only naturalized citizens can lose citizenship. If you were born in the US you are safe.

    If Trump files joint tax returns with Melania Congress could try getting her to testify where she is naturalized.
