Well, the cashew dip was on a big promo so I bought some. It is 'ehh", hint of lemon but so bland. What can I make with this dip since I am not impressed with using it as a veggie dip but it needs to be used up. I am drawing a total blank. TIA

On a sandwich in lieu of mayo? Add it to oil and vinegar for a creamier dressing (with some added seasonings)?
Mix it with garlic, chili sauce (like sambal oelek), chili flakes, and (canned) coconut milk, similar to peanut sauce. Serve over noodles or vegetables.
