    It happened today in the state they call California......

    That's right, a law was ACTUALLY passed limiting police use of deadly force. I am impressed beyond words and wish that Sacramento were not so expensive!!! A bill restricting police use of deadly force actually passed in this country. I'm utterly stunned. Rob

    So, they've changed the standard of judgment the officer must use from a "reasonable" belief that the use of lethal force is necessary to prevent death or serious injury to yourself or others, to a judgment call that the use of lethal force is "necessary" to prevent death or serious injury to yourself or others.
