Im on a powerlifting program, but Im paused because I hurt my butt.
I try to stretch, but I hate it. Yoga too.
I try to do some cardio everyday, but Im not crushing it or anything.

It is starting to get nice enough out some days that I can walk outside. On the weekends if the weather is not inviting I do 20 minutes of walking indoors and/or active housework like vacuuming or washing floors.
Look up Joanna Soh on YouTube. She's a 20-something young woman in Asia who has a wide variety of workouts. Everything from really intense stuff to the chair workout I did today. My knees are the issue. Before the plague, I'd do 45 minutes on the recumbent bike at the gym. Great cardio. I'd do my weights, lower body, and core stuff at home.
The chair workout is 30 minutes, but I was sweating when it was done. I paired it with my usual at home stuff.
I'd love to be able to go for a walk, etc., but my knees don't like it at all. Hurts. I even tried a video with walking in place stuff, but it hurt.
I don't do cardio other than walking, which yea walk a heck of a lot now I guess. Maybe lost weight, but also lost muscle since I did do weights at the gym and hand weights I happen to have laying around, eh meh, better than nothing I guess, but not the same.
