    Arugula on pizza!

We have a new pizza place in town and a couple of their pizzas feature a mound of fresh arugula on top, added after the pizza is cooked. I love arugula, and now I do this when DH makes a pizza at home since it is as easy as throwing a handful of leaves on my pizza. I find it to be more delicious, and as a bonus, makes it a bit healthier as well.

Gaaccckkk...! What's next, kale? What am I saying? There's kale on pizza someplace.

I love pizza---just regular, unabashed pizza.
My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished two bags of M&Ms and a chocolate cake. I feel better already!

We put all kinds of strange things on our pizza. Stir fried leftover veggies, leftover chicken tikka, ricotta cheese, goat cheese, etc. Just a vehicle for us to have a crust and cheese on top and something tasty in the middle.

I'm sure there is, but I don't love kale and I do love arugula!

Are we submitting orders? Tomatoes, blue cheese, and garlic, or half and half with pepperoni and sausage on the other side. And possibly an antipasto salad with arugula.

Tomato and basil, or else black olives, please.

Back in the real world most of the time I avoid pizza because too much temptation (but yea when I rarely do those are the toppings I like). And arugula is for salads, which I don't avoid.

I was introduced to this not so long ago and am a big fan, too. Mine was featured with arugula, feta, and a reduced sweet balsamic vinegar to drizzle on top, among other toppings, and made a nice combination.
