    That's one thing I like about this forum--it's organic, like real conversations.

    I remember one of our touchier posters got cheesed off and flounced away because we weren't following their idea of how this was supposed to work.

    Tonight's repast was a frozen Bellatoria pizza (sweet Italian sausage),
    piled high with a 5:1 mixture of chard (the last picking from the garden) to Okinawa Spinach (from the sunporch).

    I added shredded mozzarella cheese,

    I will attach pictures of the pizza pie, before baking (#357) and after (#358). The baked chard and spinach texture is quite pleasant … slightly leathery, slightly crispy. And the flavor of the greens is sorta like India black tea.
