China has bought up land resources in Africa in exchange for control just as Caucasians. The difference today is that the Chinese mindset is total control of the population by modern technology. It is a much more invasive and effective approach.
Am I simply buying into fear mongering based on lack of knowledge of the technology? Or, is the Chinese government's strict control of its citizens reason to be concerned?
