Threw away 2 sets of sheets and a mattress pad. They had holes or the elastic was worn out. I decided we only needed 2 sets of sheets for our bed so bought one new set and a mattress pad. The last mattress pad lasted 15 years but the sheets only 4.

Finally pulled the trigger and got rid of all my "fat" clothes. I was 60 lbs heavier not too long ago and held onto all the clothes from each size as I went down. I decided that getting rid of all the clothes that are too big for me would encourage me to not regain the weight.

That is terrific. Can I ask how you managed to lose 60 pounds? That is exactly what I need to do, and I haven't had much success.

Daily walks, eating better (less snacking), and using Thrive. A lot of people are turned off using Thrive because it's set up like a pyramid scheme but you don't have to participate in promoting it and the stuff really works!! I am 5'10 so nobody thought I was over-weight until they saw a before and after picture. Then they were like, OMG you were!!

Look under Le-Vel Thrive. Le-Vel is the company name so it might be easier.
