Homemade stuffing is super easy.
Not sure about tonight. I got my food allergy results back and it's pretty daunting. No eggs, no milk, no chicken, no beef, no lamb, no almonds, and wheat is borderline, and my allergist prior said not to eat wheat, so...
That's why we are eating turkey.
Tybee, that’s awful. I have a ton of allergies but none to food.
Mine is just toast, stick of melted butter, 3 eggs, milk and some spices. Mix together and you are done.
Here's what I do--tear up old stale bread. Add diced celery and onion. Add chopped up sage from garden (we did this a couple of days ago; the leaves are sort of freeze dried on the plant.) Melt half a stick of butter and add equal amount of water. Salt and pepper vigorously-- add to turkey or chicken or pork.
Tuna salad for lunch and Taco Salad for dinner.
Tomorrow: another garden Spaghetti Squash, Chicken sausage and ratatouille from the freezer.
K, the spices I add are onion powder, garlic powder, oregano and basil. Because it’s my mom’s recipe she made up you just have to experiment with the amount you put in until you like it.
Debate night pizza.
