I have successfully avoided cooking this week having 2 for 1 coupons at various restaurants. Sadly its coming to a end as tonight we are having company so meatloaf and mashed potatoes and tomorrow for company stuffed pork chops with baked potatoes. I bought cheesecake for dessert.

Our grandson is spending the night tonight and he's a salad fan, so we're having a family favorite, grilled chicken Caesar salad.

Ribs Masala here -- pork ribs roasted and then treated to a creamy tomato sauce with vaguely-Indian-influenced flavors. It was a hit a few days ago, it was a hit tonight, and it will be a hit some future evening when we thaw another portion of it.

I break out of the vegan world once a week for fish, so last night it was baked salmon, roasted cauliflower florets, and garlic brown rice. I had a packet of instant brown gravy to liven the rice and cauliflower up. There was enough left over cauliflower for a cauliflower soup today.
