Help with nutrition label for mackeral

On another thread we were talking about fish is good for you.

Help me decipher this, it makes no sense to me.I don’t know if this is a legitimate website but it sure looks official to me.

Fresh mackeral has 101% of your daily vitamin requirement of D https://nutritiondata.self.com/facts...roducts/4072/2

cooked mackeral has “- vitamin D”

    https://nutritiondata.self.com/facts...roducts/4073/2

    what does this mean?

It doesn't make sense. Vit D is not destroyed by heat. I find conflicting information going from site to site to verify. Every site says it contains Vit D but they range from 342 to 1300+
