Anyone stocking up on foods due to the virus?

Just curious, as virus discussions are going on all over the news, and even in these forums.

I will confess that my "normal" pantry stock-up is occurring, but I'm doing a bit more than usual... just in case. More grains, ground meat (dried, not frozen), bigger bag of cat food and flour.

Is anyone else stocking up and, if so, on what?

I stocked up on toilet paper. Everything else pretty much was covered.

I added a week or two of non-perishable foodstuffs to my normal inventory and am around a month's supply now. I added TP to my shopping list. It what I noticed was in low inventory in the stores, and there could be a run on it. I might buy some Gatorade, too.

(Edit: To add I also stocked up on beer in the event of some sort of long quarantine.)

We grocery shop once a month usually after we get paid so that’s normal. I can’t get the dog’s food locally so ordered a 11 lb bag that lasts 3 months and their treats.

Yes, some canned goods. Lot of soup. I’ll eat it all anyway. My stock had gotten lower than I liked.

I did a normal grocery run Tuesday. It will last 2 weeks-again, that's normal for me.....I hate shopping!

The media would have us believe that stores were being wiped out so we shopped on Monday for our usual weekly run. There was absolutely no chaos, large crowds or runs on items though things like hand sanitizer and toilet paper were gone at Costco. Set for tp and cat food which are two things I don't want to run out of.
