I tried soy cream cheese, but it’s just too sweet, like the milk. So I use it to give my dog his pills he thinks it’s fine.

Tonight we had cottage ham with green beans and red potatoes. I suppose we'll be having this over a period of days since I went a little overboard on the ingredients.

a former street person told me you can get someone killed for a can of sardines in some places.....that is how valuable they are as a food source, I guess.

We are eating same as usual as our food preps were already in place. Garden is kicking out salad ingredients - lettuce, onions, radishes.

The obvious answer is 'delicious', but to be more specific it's a smoked pork shoulder butt. Here in Cincinnati, we have a history of naming things differently than others might.
