Here is an example of the wonderful architecture in my neighborhood. I love every one of these houses in the “Harris Row.” It’s a beautiful row! The houses in the row were originally built all alike. Many of them still have intact interiors.
I love these houses so much in this row because they are minii-mansions: small scale only a bit bigger than my house but fully appointed. They have wonderful millwork, pocket doors, ceiling medallions, and most of them still have a back staircase.
This house is owned by people who have been in this neighborhood longer than we have, 30+ years. I haven’t heard where they’re moving.
