Made an easy pasta, ham and veggie combo for dinner tonight. Also have sourdough pizza crust for pizzas tomorrow and then tacos for Wednesday. I feel like I have freed myself up to concentrate on Thanksgiving. LOL

Thanksgiving - a plate of sides. People always ask what I eat for Thanksgiving being vegetarian - like everyone eats a plate of Turkey, so I miss out! I have more than plenty to eat from just the sides! Mashed Potatoes, Stuffing (cooked out of the bird), Broccoli casserole, Funeral Potatoes (aka cheesy potatoes), Green salad, rolls, etc. No pumpkin pie - the spices for some reason gives me terrible heart burn. I will not go hungry!

I am having a bowl of Peas Porridge---made fresh & not 9 days old. It is scrumptious, yummy & deliish. Ahh-summ & a-may-zeen, too. Yup. Some day, when I feel kind & generous, I will post the recipe for you kids. But yeah---none o' this drive-eat-turkey bird--with a bunch o' relatives, who want to sit-n-watch tee-vee football. Nope. Hope that helps you some. Thankk Mee.

Got a bunch of leftover chicken, so have a chicken soup in the cp - will add some pastina when it is closer to dinner.
