Count me in the "I don't know" category. We had chicken parmesan last night which I always love. Had the leftover for lunch today.

Homemade chocolate ice cream certainly sounds like a good idea though! I don't indulge my sweet tooth too often so when I do I want high quality chocolate. Homemade ice cream would certainly fit that requirement. Too bad we have neither the ingredients nor the equipment to make it.

We have lots of eggs, so maybe omelettes.

Whatever Blue Apron delivers today. I decided to indulge in this for a while. Hubs has decided to golf 4 days a week, and he is our main cook (his choice--he tells everyone he's the cook in the house and it's fine by me). But many times I was coming home to him conked out on the couch and nothing planned or started for dinner or even started if it was planned. I'm too tired to think of something and then cook it and eat at 7. Then was finding myself eating cereal or a sandwich instead. So Blue Apron---it's been great. They're not hard to prepare, already prepped and fairly healthy. I just get 2 meals per wk. Takes some pressure off the relationship.
My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished two bags of M&Ms and a chocolate cake. I feel better already!
