    I have a ton of squash and zucchini, and I also have onions, garlic, quinoa, and mushrooms. If you were me and wanted to take advantage of those ingredients as well as any other standard pantry items, what would you do?

    Veggie bowl. Black beans, sweet potatoes, chopped red bell peppers, corn and farro. Topped w/sliced radishes, cabbage and lime cilantro dressing.
