I was just at the store and they had not just regular pepper jack cheese but GHOST pepper pepper jack cheese! We already have other plans for dinner tonight, honey garlic siracha chicken, but there will be some spicy turkey cheese burgers in our near future.

We mixed 3/4 tsp. of curry with the Oven Fry mix and the chicken was GREAT! Just enough spice for two of us instead of the same old shake and bake (Oven Fry)

DH puts curry powder in the breadcrumb mixture for fried chicken and it is delicious!

We are back to ice cream cones for dinner as often as possible, now that the stands are starting to open.

Either cheeseburgers and broccoli or taco spaghetti.

Tonight is going to be baked chicken empanadas. I'm not sure what inspired me to find a recipe for that. Since it was sunday I put them together yesterday and now just need to pop them in the oven. Unless they turn out insanely delicious this will probably be a one time thing. The recipe called for cutting a frozen pizza dough into 16 golf ball sized pieces and rolling each individually into a 6 inch circle. Rolling one pizza dough into anything resembling a circle is a headache enough. Doing it 16 times is a major PITA. Even if they are really delicious next time they will probably be chicken calzones. I could probably tolerate the chore of rolling out four pizza dough circles...
