    I make something very similar to this quite often. Just don't usually have pretzel buns, but yum, that sounds great!
    My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished two bags of M&Ms and a chocolate cake. I feel better already!

    I think we're having turkey chili tonight.

    I guess keep it in the freezer?
    I keep it in the freezer after the duck is cooked, and I've let it cool and skimmed off the fat on the top. You can certainly freeze the skin to cook later, but you really kind of need to do something (the skin as is isn't useful imo).

    No, this is sauteed in butter with chives (which had spoiled - one of the drawbacks of only shopping every other week - so I substituted onion powder), garlic, salt, and lemon juice.
