Yesterday was Italian at our favorite restaurant. Today we are having company and I am making a casserole that’s similar to lasagna.

Was going to be Nigerian meat kebabs. Turns out we have not quite enough of the key ingredient and are missing some of the minor ones. The beef is now sitting in a slowcooker under tomato sauce, onion, and garlic. It'll be fine.

Chicken curry over rice. A work buddy of SO’s brought him home from vacation some Curry powder his mom In India made. It’ll be my first time making a curry.

No real meal. I snacked throughout the day, on string cheese closest to the dinner hour.

Today would have been my son's 27th birthday. We always celebrate by going out to dinner. We'll definitely do some take-out. Deciding what kind, will be the hard part. LOL
