a big salad with leftover smoked chicken-just removed from the freezer!

Tomorrow: grilled burgers and mac salad. It's time for some summer food even though it will be 37F in the afternoon

    I DON'T KNOW!!! LOL.

I started the daunting task of cleaning out the old shed in preparation of tear-down. I may order for pick-up.

Cioppino! One of my favorite dishes to make. Today's "catch" is perch (actually caught in the lake a couple of weeks ago by my neighbor), mussels, bay scallops, shrimp. It will be in a garlic-wine-tomato-clam juice broth and accompanied by crusty baguette.

Tabouli salad, not in keeping with my keto goals. It was one of my cheat items for the week.

Leftover lasagna, which means we are cleaning out the freezer and making progress.

Catherine, I love perch and there’s none on the west coast. I always have it multiple times when I go to Wisconsin.

BLTs. We picked up some beautiful tomatoes at the FM Saturday morning, so I will stop at the store on my way home from work and pick up bacon and a head of iceberg lettuce (because I'm old-school when it comes to BLTs). My husband is out of Miracle Whip (a/k/a White Death), so that's on the list also.

I'm thinking leftovers. There are enough things in the fridge to feed everyone here and it's time for a "clean-out".
