Diced cauliflower, onions, and broccoli sauteed and sprinkled with parmesan followed by an orange.

Haven't really been cooking lately, but did prep a chicken yesterday before work and put it in the crockpot last night when I got home from work. It is still cooking and should be ready any time for whatever I decide to make with it.

Just found a bunch of "dump" casserole recipes that I may try throughout the week, but today will be chicken and broccoli casserole over rice.
