Split pea soup and nachos.
Black Bean Burger on greens with avocado, two cheese curds baked, desert brownie with scoop of Ice cream.
Grilled salmon, air fryer french fries and steamed carrots with a bit of butter.
Cheese tortellini with marina sauce and fresh cut up vegetables. It was very good for something different.
Potato chips. A long day and stressing over my car will do it to me.

I'll be doing a big pot of soup: cabbage, green beans, onion/garlic, frozen tomatoes stewed and pureed, carton of chicken broth and some tomato paste if needed for a bit of thickening. This will be lunches/snacks for the next 3 days. For me it will likely be brunch with some crackers. (Hubster still likes 3meals/day).
Thursday: grilled chicken, bakes potato and roasted squash.
Friday: Eggroll in a bowl.
Then it's time to go to the store. All fresh veg will be gone!
I was glad I put together a big salad earlier, because by the time I got home from the vaccination fiasco, I was pretty much focused on wine. So fortunately, I had a nice salad to go with it.
