An arugula salad. I sprinkled in caraway seeds for a different twist.

Fettucine Alfredo w/grilled chicken and broccoli. We'll add a bowl of Natural Vanilla Bean ice cream later.

Locally made pasta with pesto and home grown zucchini.

Alan, I'd love some of your vanilla bean ice cream, but my Mounds bar will have to suffice for dessert.

Some Lebanese food from the Farmer's Market with a tomato salad. I had read somewhere recently about tomatoes with mint and goat cheese instead of basil and mozzarella, so I gave that a try. Not bad, but I like the traditional caprese better.

Aldi made dinner tonight -- their organic chicken breast filets with cilantro-lime marinade/sauce. That and leftover cauliflower (also from Aldi). Quick and easy after a busy day. Pretty tasty, too, considering the effort.

Rump roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots roasted along side, corn.. dark chocolate for dessert. Not the healthiest but bought from the local farm down the road... only have a few times a year.
