    Not for dinner, but might I say...I highly recommend Blue Diamond nut crackers, particularly the almond-sesame variety. I had them with truffle cheese today. I'm making a meat loaf later on, probably for tomorrow.

    Hubster finished up the baggie of pulled pork from the freezer and the black bean/corn salsa. I made myself tuna salad and finished it off with the crumbs from a bag of pita chips. 3 leftovers are gone!

    I am a big fan of their crackers, and the almond-sesame ones are the best!

    DH made a really restaurant-worthy dinner last night: baked haddock, jasmine rice with almonds, roasted cherry tomatoes and steamed spinach. It was so good!

    Grilled chicken, sauted greens are dinner. Sausage and fresh waffles for breakfast and I'll make extra for the freezer-hubster loves to toast them for a snack.
