    Made scrambled eggs with onions and crimini mushrooms.... my new favorite. Never had them before but they were in the CSA batch in June. I froze some and they work great thawed and reheated. I love the taste.

    Joining neighbors - outside, distancing - for bbq. Will have hamburgers, grilled portabella mushrooms, tomato & mozzarella salad, watermelon, little wine and I'm not sure what else. Mainly - I'm not on the grill!!!!

    Last night was tacos. Tonight will be mushroom patties with sweet potatoes. Not sure how I want to cook the sweet potatoes yet, but I've found a couple of recipes I may try.

    Turkey burgers and a caprese salad. The basil I planted two years ago is still going strong and the mozzarella is the leftover from last night’s chicken parmesan.
