Pretty fancy, Connie! Lately it's been pretty hot for cooking, so whatever works.
We had a salad with fried chicken. DH has started adding a little bit of curry powder to the fried chicken and it is totally delicious!
I added purslane and mint from the garden to the salad.

Pizza, delivered. DW had a jones for pizza so we got it from a local place and I ate just the toppings. It will feed us for another meal or two.

Bean sprouts with garlic, tomato sauce and Mexican cheese blend. I did not like the sprouts and will not be buying them again.

Still have not been able to bring myself to pick purslane from the weed patches and eat it. I don’t know why, I’m not a picky person.
