Last night was teriyaki chicken breasts with garlic couscous and broccoli. I'm thinking of trying an Egyptian recipe I got over the weekend - Koshari.

Progresso Tomato Rotini soup with some oyster crackers. Fruit and yogurt for dessert.

A Chipotle bowl with brown rice, black beans, steak, diced tomatoes, sour cream and cheese. As the house chef, I took the evening off.

I have a lot of veggies and such in the fridge that need to be used, so tonight will probably be cauliflower steaks, roasted sweet potatoes, corn on the cob, salad, etc.
