    Thanks, Steve. I did cut the water a little bit. It's in the cp now. I know I need to keep an eye on it, as it shouldn't take long for the fish to cook.

    Made a pound cake and the most wonderful compote from fresh black grapes and black plums. Can be used for pancakes, toast, ice cream.....

    The tilapia in the cp turned out really well! It is probably now my favorite way to cook this. LOL.

    Not sure about tonight's dinner yet. Maybe some Korean bulgolgi over rice with some of the kimchi we still have in the fridge.

    Cedar-planked scallops tonight. We'll see if Aldi frozen scallops are anything to write home about. No idea what the side will be. Time to raid the freezer or cook some fresh zucchini which ought to be used up (though we've been eating lots of zucchini lately).
