    Stuffed pork chops and veggies a few days ago and barbecue chicken with rice today.

    Last night was a garden salad with grilled chicken. Tonight will be the rest of the grilled chicken in sandwiches, sort of the same thing but between bread.

    Last night, my DD/SIL came up for a chicken deboning class with Chef DH--so we had Chicken Cordon Bleu for dinner.
