What do you do with these? I bought them for the first time and they taste bitter when I eat them plain. There are pits inside so mixed in a salad would not work. I am thinking dip them in something like sour cream?

They can be pitted with a sharp knife. They'd be good in salads. Of course, once pitted, they could be chopped up and added to a dip, or to scrambled eggs, or to garnish a sandwich,....
