    Iced or Hot?

Do you like your tea made in cold water or hot water?
I like to drink hot tea most of the time. Because it allows me to instantly smell the aroma of tea and taste the original flavor of tea.
But recently I want to study cold brew tea, can anyone help me?

Mom has taught all her senior neighbors to make sun tea. Been really hot and sunny here in IN.

For me, coffee has to be hot; I don't like it iced. I like tea hot or iced, and I've been making a jug of iced tea on a regular basis (DH likes iced better than hot). I feel very domesticated because I make real iced tea with teabags.

I love both hot and cold tea and coffee. I'm particularly partial to my cup of hot coffee in the morning, though.

As for cold brewed tea, I use about 3-4 teabags in a 1 qt pitcher. I put ice cubes in before pouring in the hot water so I don't break the glass. I let it steep for several minutes, remove the tea bags, add lemon. Throw in mint from my garden. Done. I don't like any sweeteners in it.
