I am a huge planner so this is difficult. Our Europe trip is cancelled and not bothering to plan another at this point. We might go to Apple hill in October depending on what happens in California. Both our Irish and Scottish groups are worried since they can’t have any events that people won’t continue to pay dues and will die out. We are very active in both and this is a huge loss.

Tammy, as a nurse you could do case management for insurance companies from home. My husband had to retire 6 years early and he lost 600/month from his pension but we made it work. It doesn’t sound like it’s worth the risk to return.

I am sure there are many things you can do from home. I have actually enjoyed working a little from home versus being fully retired.
