When Irisí and Robís worlds collide

    https://www.stltoday.com/news/local/...7fcf00628.html

This news story tells the tale of my former Missouri legislative representative, Bruce Franks, bringing a lawsuit against the evil police force in Phoenix for millions of dollars. He was in Phoenix to protest.

It is hard for me to think of a Made up story crafted to bring together the world of Iris Lily and Rob that would be more to the goal than this one. Truth is stranger than fiction.

My own interactions with Bruce Franks have been nonexistent outside of having to vote for the idiot in a special election, a highly publicized one, that was held to remedy a case of illegal absentee voting by his opponent.

If you would ask Bruce, who runs only on the Democratic ticket, if there is illegal voting with mail in ballots, he would say yes. Occasionally I am forced to vote for someone on the corrupt democratic ticket in the city of St. Louis, and this was one of those times.

After Bruce was voted into his legislative office, DH had a run in with him in his voting precinct because DH was a poll official during an election where Bruce came in and acted up in front of the news cameras. Bruce likes acting in front of cameras. He didn’t like being a legislator so he quit that job.

Haha! That is definitely a weird case of two small worlds colliding!! Can't wait to hear what Rob says!

I can't believe you voted for him (I know you held your nose, but still).

How large can the community of professional protesters really be?

Many careers were made with “Ferguson” ( note use with no other words for context.) A career in protesting,
    I mean.

I understand there are more careers to come. I've heard that going forward if the policeman has the presence of mind to simply give the universal 'time out' signal, future Michael Brown's will stop their advance and await the arrival of a social worker to attack. I foresee a new growth industry to accommodate the demand for replacements.

Well, don’t forget the “reverends” - Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and Fr Michael Pflager (known as Fr Flakey here in the Chicago area). I swear if there wasn’t anything to protest, they’d make something up.

It is a funky blend of circumstances, IL. But I don't understand your surprise. I have posted for years how corrupt the Phoenix PD is and I've been brutally honest in doing so. I only hope this gentleman gets his 2.4 million - suing the Phoenix PD is now an Arizona Growth Industry. Rob
