I learned that if I took a screenshot with Ipad of an existing photograph I took originally with Ipad, those screenshots seem to load right side up nearly all the time.

Here is a nearly final tour of my condo main rooms. There’s no window treatments. Art is not hung on the walls. The living room and bedroom are 90% finished.

Continuing the tour, here are photos of the finished kitchen. It is darling. It has a beautiful marble countertop and beautiful marble backsplash. I have no glass in the cabinet doors yet because I haven’t decided what I’m going to put in.

The first photo shows the vintage light fixtures I was obsessed with. The one is a pulley system from France.
The last photo shows an old blue vintage light fixture that fits right in with my blue kitchen. I haven’t yet figured out the correct bulb for this fixture. DH had to rewire it as he had to fuss with the French one. He is brilliant and got it all working.

The beverage center is all the white cabinetry, also with marble countertop and marble backsplash. I call it the world’s smallest butler’s pantry. It’s right next to the tiny kitchen.

Beautiful, IL! I love the clean, fresh look of everything. A simple elegance.

Wow, you did a fabulous job, IL!! It looks like a room in a fancy French boutique hotel! Those dark walls are fabulous, especially against the shiny furniture. When you first described it, I couldn't envision it, but it's great! Also the charming kitchen. Not too stark, but very clean looking, classic yet functional. Those fixtures are beauties!

It is very chic! I especially love the marble against the kitchen cabinets--what beautiful color--echoed in the cloud painting of the bedroom.

Yes, the color theme for this condo is “blue.”

Even though the kitchen is not open to the living area, I had to settle on kitchen cabinet color before I chose the colors for the rest of the place.
