    So I looked at the house on Google maps and gosh, there is a train track running right in front of it!! It is across the road from the water, with great water views.

    But the train track can't be good.

    Newcastle is a wonderful little town. The Catholic Church there has a bell made by Paul Revere:

    it is the oldest continuously Catholic church in continuous use in New England.

    Rosa, that second house looks like the Little House at Old Sturbridge Village aka the original starter home.
