    Good for you, Rob. The local manager at my favourite large grocery is regularly visible and approachable doing the odd things like tidying an item in the wrong spot, picking up a broken item and other small actions that tell me that he is attentive and in charge at all times. I believe that this helps his staff feel supported as well as they know he is quietly seeing what is going on with the contrary public.

    My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished two bags of M&Ms and a chocolate cake. I feel better already!
