    Humus Msabah... simple easy recipe with lots of beans...

    This Lebanese recipe almost makes itself. It involves only chickpeas, cumin, cinnamon, pepper and olive oil. It takes as long as it takes for the chickpeas to boil and soften (10 - 15 minutes). The olive oil really makes it and I may be guilty of raining it in the bowl. I've made it so often it's almost second nature. Simple, easy, yummy and healthy.

    That hummus recipe sounds perfect for me. I love chickpeas and try to have some precooked in my freezer. One more dish to add adventure into cooking. Thanks!

    It’s not hummus as we know it for dipping. The recipe has the word hummus in it as it contains chickpeas.
