We finished constructing these storage chests in our carpentry class that ended on 3/10/20. I missed the window of opportunity to go fabric shopping for the top, so had to wait for stores to reopen due to Covid shutdowns. Then I had to paint the chest, and I procrastinated on that since I don't much like to paint. I finally got it together and completed it yesterday, and I'm very pleased with the outcome! This is actually the one DH built, but I painted it and did the cushion. I gave my identical chest to my sister, since we didn't have need or space for two. Here are some pictures, with and without cats.
