Oatmeal, fruit and yogurt with coffee and tea.

oh I suppose I'm giving in to snacking temptation: I had nuts and cheese, and some unsweetened hot chocolate and tea with cream. I usually have yogurt and nuts and berries if I can get them or else dates.

I usually eat the same thing, although I recently tweaked it a bit:
Breakfast part 1 - coffee and a banana
Breakfast part 2 - a dollop of peanut butter, sometimes followed by a dollop of almond butter, a hard-boiled egg, and a cup of defrosted organic berries.

Butternut squash with cheese. Can you tell I bought the jumbo package of shredded cheese last week?

I usually make a 9 x 13 egg casserole with a dozen eggs, veggies and cheese on Sundays. I can cut it into 12 pieces, so dh and I can have a slice every morning during the week for breakfast. It will vary each week depending on the extras and really helps out time-wise in the mornings. Usually have mine on a piece of homemade sourdough toast.
