Sounds great Early morning! I've been making a microwave fritatta type breakfast- 2 eggs in a cereal bowl, beaten, add half and half , stir, stuffing mix(Pepperidge Farm herb) pop in the microwave 30 sec. at a time. stir..in 1 1/2 minutes substantial breakfast. I put cheese and butter on top.

I made a pickety-bits plate (one hundred $ a month Blog): 2 clementines, a few crackers, cheese stick

I tend to eat the same thing for breakfast in 10 year increments). It’s been oatmeal in the past and my current one is a granola bar and OJ.

Salad and leftover soup, which will be dinner also. Very exciting stuff.

I had oatmeal with huckleberries I froze last fall....(I'm doling them out to myself in small increments. They're like purple GOLD!) + a pinch of slivered almonds and a dollop of vanilla yogurt.
My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far today, I have finished two bags of M&Ms and a chocolate cake. I feel better already!

My usual is either a bagel with cream cheese or frozen fruit with yogurt.

Tried something different. Saw this online.
Cut a sweet potato lengthwise in 1/4-in. thickness. Place them in your toaster and toast about 3-4 times. Top with poached egg, a bit of shredded cheese and turkey bacon pieces.
    Yes, it was good.
