Thanks for all the suggestions! They were covered in oil so that’s probably why such a short time period. I ended up chopping them smaller and heating them up with some leftover Tortolini since I didn’t have any sauce left for that. With a little of the oil it made for a yummy lunch. If I’d left them dry they probably would’ve kept for a while. The recipe to fry them recommended leaving them still soft before covering with oil but I over dried them so they probably would have lasted a long time. In any case they are gone but I still have the oil so I’ll have to figure out what to use that for now.
