I have always been hungriest at lunch so having my big meal then was a plus when retiring. At night a bowl of skinny popcorn is often enough. If not I also have a granola bar. My stomach has definitely shrunk since I have lost weight.

We usually eat cereal with fruit for breakfast, an apple or something very light mid-morning (i sometimes have a few nuts), a normal meal for lunch, a mid-afternoon light snack, and leftovers or a salad for dinner. The main meal is lunch. It seems if you have something very light/healthy between meals it is enough to tide you over. YLMV
