The take a year off from volunteering goal lasted all of 12 days. In my defense a friend asked me to take over her duties since her son is going through a medical crisis and advocating for him has turned into a full time job. it's just 4 days in November and no major responsibility is involved.

Am walking more since I decided to take a 3o minute walk during my lunch break and another 20 minute walk after I'm done with work.

Expecting another snowpocalypse this weekend so I"ll sort work clothes and make more progress on the utensil drawer.

Four days in November and no responsibility - stick to that boundary and help a friend. Should be good along with the walks.

I'm sticking to the boundary and one of my friends also took a different approach to volunteering. Texted him and asked to chat when he has free time. He works for a utility company so I don't expect to hear from him soon.

Project sort work clothes is complete. I kept 5 blouses (3 white, 2 ivory), two pairs dress slacks, one black blazer, and one suit. For work I need to be business casual from the waist up and I have non work dress up occasions covered. Rest of the clothing has been posted to the local Buy Nothing group and I will select recipients tomorrow afternoon, the roads are still slippery and I don't want anyone to feel pressured into picking it up tonight.

    I haven't missed a yoga class yet!
I made the Harvest Grain bowl a second time.
I bought my seeds, but that was always the easy part.
I'm not doing much with the drawing.
