    Actually, I thought he was Cupid. Am I wrong? His armament would not provide much protection, his wings are kind of heavy and the weapon looks quite different than an arrow so now I wonder. Please advise.

    So being curious, once again I had to look up on Google - Flash Gordon and Prince Vultan. I had heard the name Flash Gordon but none of the other characters. My education has been enhanced once more. Sort of reminds one of all the zanyness going on today.

    To be fair, I have always found love to be more like a club to the head than an arrow to the heart.

    I wish we had something like 1930s pulp culture today. So much better than the thin gruel of warmed-over 1960s comics and 1980s video games we make do with now.
