I went to the UK for a month or so this last Fall. Travel at the time was fairly easy, and quite safe to my trained eye. Dealing with the testing and paperwork and monitoring requirements was a bit of a pain, but manageable.

I would use data, prudence and risk/reward analysis before traveling to any specific destination right now. And then if I decided to travel, I'd do so as carefully as reasonably possible.
