Is Amazon buying the practice of your concierge doctor?

My doctor is not considered a concierge service, she is a “direct patient care” provider. It’s probably the same idea it’s just that it’s lower cost. My fee is to her is less than $1000 a year. She is an independent business, she is not part of any kind of chain.
Speaking of her, here’s her office, a photograph I took today. I’m taking photos of the charming things in Hermann and this is one of them. Her office is in a Victorian building and the sign tells me if the doctor is in or out. Today “The doctor is in.”

Good.
Amazon is buying my doctor’s practice. I’m not excited about it because I really like things as they are. Hopefully Amazon doesn’t turn it into a crappy place to work and cause high turnover or reduce staffing to the point that it becomes impossible to get an appointment with my primary on short notice.
